• 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Twitter strategies • Demonstrated success in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Twitter for business prospecting • Proficiency in at least 3-4 LinkedIn automation or data extraction tools mentioned above • Experience with Twitter advertising and analytics platforms • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in the staffing or professional services industry • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages across various platforms • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
