• Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to prospective clients to identify potential business opportunities. • Leverage ZoomInfo and other CRM tools to research, identify, and qualify leads. • Maintain accurate records of all call activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and provide detailed insights on prospecting efforts. • Conduct follow-up communications with leads and set appointments as needed. • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and call volume targets to support overall sales objectives.
• Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably in a high-volume call environment. • Proficiency with ZoomInfo or similar lead-generation tools is required. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients professionally and persuasively. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
