Requirements
• Must-Have: • 2 or more years of experience in customer support or operations roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to spot patterns, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with tools like Slack and ticketing systems for managing customer inquiries and support requests. • A proactive problem-solver with a curious mindset, capable of working independently with minimal hand-holding. • Nice-to-Have: • Preferably has experience in a tech or API-driven environment, not required
