• Hiring need: Care Ops/Care Navigator • Hours per week: 40-60 • Expected Work Schedule: 6 days a week • Time zone needed: Central US Time • Holiday Adherence (UAE/UK/US/PH): US • PTO Entitlement: 14 days • About Pearl Talent: Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. • The mission is to empower individuals to reclaim their health from mold-related illnesses through innovative, digital-first healthcare solutions. • Role Overview: The Patient Care Navigator ensures a seamless and positive treatment journey for patients while optimizing clinician workflow and maintaining compliance. • Key responsibilities include: Patient Care Navigation, Triage & Workflow Optimization, Customer Service Excellence, Telehealth Management, SOP Development, HIPAA Compliance, Care Coordination, Continuous Improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms. • Previous experience as a Care Manager or Care Navigator. • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements. • Reliable, high-speed internet connection. • Availability to work within a time zone compatible with the core team's hours. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health). • Experience working remotely. • Background in customer service or patient care within the healthcare industry. • Familiarity with mold-related illnesses or environmental health issues. • Experience in creating and implementing SOPs. • Certification in customer service management or healthcare administration.
