β’ Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms. β’ Previous experience as a Care Manager or Care Navigator. β’ Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements. β’ Reliable, high-speed internet connection. β’ Availability to work within a time zone compatible with the core team's hours. β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health). β’ Experience working remotely. β’ Background in customer service or patient care within the healthcare industry. β’ Familiarity with mold-related illnesses or environmental health issues. β’ Experience in creating and implementing SOPs. β’ Certification in customer service management or healthcare administration.
