β’ At least 2 years of proven experience in payroll processing, invoicing, or financial reporting. β’ Strong data handling and analytical skills to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies. β’ Excellent communication skills for handling client and talent interactions. β’ Ability to stay fully engaged throughout the shift to meet payroll deadlines. β’ Proficiency in payroll and accounting software such as ADP, QuickBooks, or similar tools. β’ Experience working in fast-paced environments with strict payroll deadlines. β’ Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements. β’ Familiarity with HRIS and payroll automation tools to improve efficiency. β’ Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate and address payroll challenges proactively.
