ā€¢ Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (flexible based on inbound lead flow) ā€¢ Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor. ā€¢ Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience ā€¢ Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mondayā€“Friday. ā€¢ Locations: Remote, open to candidates who can work EST hours. ā€¢ About Pearl Talent: Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. ā€¢ Role Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for engaging with prospective clients and driving sales through a consultative approach. ā€¢ Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the sales funnel. ā€¢ Week 1 Ownership: Gain in-depth knowledge of product catalog, including key features, selling points, and differentiators.

ā€¢ Proven track record in inbound sales or customer engagement. ā€¢ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ā€¢ Strong ability to build rapport and effectively guide clients through the sales process. ā€¢ Comfortable using OpenPhone, dialing systems, and digital communication tools. ā€¢ Must have a neutral accent for seamless communication. ā€¢ Background in luxury retail, home goods, or wellness-related sales. ā€¢ Passion for the products being sold, with a strong understanding of design, high-end luxury, and related categories. ā€¢ Experience in high-touch, consultative sales environments. ā€¢ Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. ā€¢ Familiarity with interior design, landscaping, or B2B sales within these industries.
