β€’ At H!KINEX, our Sales Account Executives are dynamic, high-performing individuals who work directly with Senior Leadership in the United States. β€’ Conduct outbound/cold calls to leads to book meetings and discovery calls. β€’ Utilize prospecting tools to identify potential customers and schedule meetings with target accounts. β€’ Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales pipeline. β€’ Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services to prospects and assess their needs to determine a good fit. β€’ Collaborate with marketing, support, sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings. β€’ Adhere to company policies and work standards. β€’ Perform other duties as assigned, including ad hoc tasks and special projects, as directed by management, to support the efficient functioning of the department/organization.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong communication skills and good comprehension. β€’ Experience with outbound and cold calling is preferred; experience handling U.S. clients is a plus, regardless of duration, as long as communication skills are strong. β€’ Minimal use of filler words in communication. β€’ For candidates with no experience, such as fresh graduates: A basic understanding of sales is necessary, aware of what sales professionals do, and are comfortable making cold calls.
