• Must-Have: • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, or compliance-focused solutions. • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a detailed sales pipeline. • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. • 5+ years as a successful Account Executive. • Nice-to-Have: • Familiarity with workplace compliance, safety, or HR technology. • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io. • Knowledge of using call recording tools like Gong. • Previous experience representing the company at industry events or conferences.
