β€’ Serve as the final point of contact for customers in the application process. β€’ Address any remaining concerns or objections before finalizing the application. β€’ Pitch and sell loan products tailored to the customer’s financial goals and circumstances. β€’ Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to convert potential hesitations into successful outcomes. β€’ Guide customers smoothly through the final steps of the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction. β€’ Provide clear, concise financial education about product benefits to their credit history/file. β€’ Serve as a resource for customers, answering questions and offering guidance to build financial health. β€’ Ensure customers fully understand product offerings, terms, and how they can improve their credit score as an added benefit. β€’ Accurately document customer interactions, objections, and sales outcomes in the CRM system. β€’ Leverage CRM data to identify trends, refine objection-handling techniques, and improve conversion rates. β€’ Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. β€’ Use CRM data for performance tracking and to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services. β€’ Expertise in objection handling and negotiation. β€’ Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred). β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
