β€’ Serve as the final point of contact for customers in the application process β€’ Address any remaining concerns or objections before finalizing the application β€’ Pitch and sell loan products tailored to the customer’s financial goals and circumstances β€’ Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to convert potential hesitations into successful outcomes β€’ Guide customers smoothly through the final steps of the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction β€’ Provide clear, concise financial education about product benefits to their credit history/file β€’ Serve as a resource for customers, answering questions and offering guidance to build financial health β€’ Ensure customers fully understand product offerings, terms, and how they can improve their credit score as an added benefit β€’ Accurately document customer interactions, objections, and sales outcomes in the CRM system β€’ Leverage CRM data to identify trends, refine objection-handling techniques, and improve conversion rates β€’ Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts β€’ Use CRM data for performance tracking and to enhance sales strategies

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services β€’ Expertise in objection handling and negotiation β€’ Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and positive attitude
