📋 Description

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the US market, utilizing leads provided by the company as well as generating new leads. • Answer inbound sales inquiries, providing product information, and guiding prospects through the purchasing process. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients. • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage campaigns and promotions in sales strategies. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-up activities, within the company’s CRM system. • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help in improving the product offerings. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products or services.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a strong sales track record. • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. • Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Flexibility to work in different time zones to support the US market, including potential evenings and weekends. • Must be enthusiastic, driven, and committed to achieving sales targets.
