Description
• Responsible for legal support for Virtual Learning and Higher Education teams. • Draft and review depository agreements. • Negotiate third-party service agreements. • Support Bids & Contracts team on RFPs. • Act as legal business partner across teams. • Develop knowledge of Pearson’s businesses and regulatory environments.
Requirements
• Licensed and eligible to practice law in the United States. • Law degree from an ABA accredited school. • Strong background and relevant experience in corporate law, contract drafting and negotiation. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Great legal and business acumen. • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain legal requirements clearly. • Proficiency in legal research and document management software. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed.
