Requirements

β€’ BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience β€’ 2+ Years experience providing technical support β€’ Experience with a ticketing system such as Zendesk or ServiceNow β€’ An understanding of Wi-Fi and VoIP β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills β€’ Willingness to learn new tech and advance your career β€’ Good verbal and written communication skills β€’ A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering quality service and support β€’ A sense of humor wouldn't hurt
