Description

• This role will curate data from diverse sources that represent operations functions including New Business, Underwriting, Inforce Policy Management, Claims, Licensing, Contracts and Commissions. • Reporting to the Director of Reporting, this role will collaborate with Operations leaders to ensure appropriate metrics are measured and communicated. • The output will be used in leadership operational reviews to guide decisions, track progress and identify trends and opportunities to achieve business goals. • This role will turn data into visualizations that provide insights into all aspects of Life Insurance and Annuity Operations. • This role will have a team building component, including mentoring and providing technical expertise across the team.

Requirements

• Proven work in Insurance data analysis, data compilation and metrics reporting experience. • Demonstrate experience implementing and evolving effective solutions providing data analysis and metrics reporting. • Expertise in sourcing, collection, analysis and delivery of large, multidimensional data sets including using advanced analytical tools and methodologies (SQL, SFMC, VBA, Python, Adobe analytics, SPSS are a plus). • Translate data into a clear, relevant and actionable insights for business stakeholders delivered with recommendations on next steps.
