• We are searching for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Analyst to be a strategic partner to our Campaign Marketing leadership. • The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging data to generate insights and inform strategy. • They will have a proven track record in tracking KPIs, analyzing event data, and calculating ROI. • This role requires a fresh perspective to collaborate with cross-functional leadership in planning and measuring marketing campaign performance at both individual and aggregate levels. • The Integrated Marketing Analyst will play a key role in helping Zendesk achieve its pipeline and revenue targets by partnering with senior marketing leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. • They will utilize data to assist leadership in managing the business and evaluating the effectiveness of global and regional campaigns, with a strong emphasis on ROI. • Additionally, the analyst will facilitate planning processes, such as developing growth strategies and setting metric targets, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. • The ideal candidate should possess a curious mindset, strong critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence, ideally within the SaaS industry. • Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
