β€’ The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work to build long-lasting relationships with customers using PerformYard software β€’ Partner with customer personnel to implement and support product configuration β€’ Provide consultative advice, training, and support to ensure successful customer experience

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree β€’ Minimum of one year of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience β€’ Detailed and action oriented β€’ Enthusiastic and proactive self-starter β€’ Empathy for customer experience β€’ Understanding or previous use of CRM or Customer Success tools β€’ Excited to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment
