Description
• Personetics is the global leader in financial data-driven personalization, enabling financial institutions to forge deeper relationships by enhancing clients’ financial wellness and helping them make smarter decisions. • The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is leading Personetics into the DACH region, owning the sales cycle with medium- and large-sized banks in the DACH region – from prospecting stage to closing deals. • Collaborating with the supporting team, consisting of business development, partner management, presales, product, and management. • Positioning the Personetics solution as a strategic advantage to a prospect’s long term needs.
Requirements
• Proven successful experience (5+ years) in a hunter sales role selling complex software solutions to large enterprises • Familiar with building relationships with senior business stakeholders including head of Retail / consumer Banking, Head of Digital (sales and marketing), CIO, CTO, CDO • Experience selling into the German banking sector (Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks preferred) • Technology background • Ability to operate at and influence the C-suite • Energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals • Excellent German and English • Fun to work with and you bring positive energy to the rest of the team
