Requirements

• 5+ years in construction technology sales (ideally in B2B SaaS), with a track record of successful proactive selling in the DACH region. • You speak German and English fluently. • You have a history of exceeding your sales quota. • You have experience navigating organizations of different sizes and selling to multiple decision-makers. • Excellent interpersonal skills. You gel with our customers and team and thrive in an unstructured environment. You have the ability to be part of a close-knit but globally spread-out team. • Bonus points for • UAVs and visualization platforms. • SaaS sales. • Remote pilot license. • Multilingual. Besides English and German, French or a Nordic language would be helpful for this role.
