Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent). • Customer-focused with a passion for online marketing. • Ability to handle inquiries with a good communication strategy. • Strong project management skills. • Organized and able to prioritize tasks. • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback. • Understand customer needs and identify potential improvements. • Technical knowledge of marketing tools is advantageous. • Technical background or tech support experience is a plus.
