Description

β€’ Lead our performance marketing efforts for The Drive podcast. β€’ Manage all organic and paid marketing efforts. β€’ Increase free email subscribers, paid subscribers, and podcast listenership. β€’ Drive brand awareness and revenue for Earlymedical.com's digital program. β€’ Execute email marketing campaigns and growth strategies. β€’ Collaborate on content strategy based on trending topics and keyword research. β€’ Analyze performance metrics for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to work directly with creatives, product, and communications teams to partner on campaigns. β€’ Able to guide creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion β€’ At least 7+ years in digital marketing, with an emphasis in subscription-based and/or eCommerce companies β€’ Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills β€’ Experience managing and running paid advertising campaigns on channels like: Google Ads (including YouTube), Instagram/Facebook, Microsoft Ads β€’ Experience with email marketing, building and designing email templates, and creating automations β€’ Experience with podcasts β€’ Experience growing email lists β€’ Self-directed and excellent organizational skills β€’ Excellent understanding of conversion path design and optimization including landing page design, offer building and testing, improving conversion rates, upsell/cross sell offers, and building digital marketing ecosystems β€’ Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe products β€’ Exceptional reporting skills including extensive experience with Google Analytics and building custom reports in spreadsheets
