• Join us on our journey to transform pet care and improve the health and happiness of pets, pet parents, and veterinary caregivers. • The Manager of Operations Planning and Strategy will drive business planning, analysis, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. • Utilize demand forecasting models for new and returning customers to inform staffing decisions. • Work closely with business partners to formulate a staffing plan that maximizes clinic growth and profitability. • Collaborate across departments to develop staffing and scheduling strategies for the successful launch of new Pet Care Centers. • Analyze patient management system to ensure data accuracy and maximize clinic efficiency.
