📋 Description
• Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss • Eigenständige Akquise der Tierärzt:innen und Konzeptberatung • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zur Optimierung der Kundenperformance • Einhaltung deiner individuellen KPIs und regelmäßige Darstellung mithilfe bestehender Reportings • Optimierung der Vertriebsaktivitäten und Einführung von Best Practices • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, Schnittstelle zu Customer Service, Produkt und Marketing
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ Jahre Vertriebserfahrung (idealerweise in einem B2B-SaaS-Unternehmen) • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales, Key Account Management oder Business Development • KPIs sind kein Fremdwort • Du bist gut darin dich zu strukturieren und zu priorisieren • Eigenständige und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Besondere Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Kunden • Erste Erfahrungen mit einem CRM-Tool (bspw. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
