• About Petvisor • Petvisor is a leading software platform for veterinary and pet services management and client engagement, dedicated to transforming how veterinary businesses interact with their clients. • We’re on a mission to empower practices with tools that streamline operations and enhance the pet owner experience globally. • About the Role • As the Chief Revenue Marketing Officer, you will lead and scale a global growth marketing team, driving strategies focusing on demand generation, pipeline, customer retention, and brand development. • This role requires a data-driven leader passionate about scaling performance marketing operations while becoming the steward of the voice of our customers. • Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing impactful, metrics-driven campaigns that align with Petvisor's business goals and continuously optimize spend to increase pipeline conversion rates. • Your strategic leadership will drive the company towards $100M in revenue and beyond, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver measurable, year-over-year growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in demand generation and team leadership • Proven experience in scaling marketing functions that contributed to growing a company to $100M in revenue and beyond • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth in fast-paced, high-performance environments, scaling marketing from SMB to enterprise • Strong knowledge of MarTech solutions, with hands-on experience optimizing marketing operations across multiple channels • Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a high-performing team • Experience with marketing automation, SEO, PPC, content creation, and event marketing. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing goals with broader business objectives • Experience working with institutional investors is a plus
