• As the VP of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. • Lead the development and execution of the company’s creative marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Oversee all product marketing efforts, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market strategies and product launches. • Own the performance marketing funnel, ensuring measurable and scalable growth in pipeline and revenue. • Lead the charge in enhancing OX’s brand identity and increasing awareness across digital channels, events, and media. • Partner with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and compelling customer journey. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and track marketing performance, ensuring ROI for all initiatives. • Drive partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to extend our reach and impact. • Lead and scale a team of five marketing professionals, with the goal of doubling the team as the company grows.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B technology or SaaS. • Mandatory experience in cybersecurity marketing, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and trends. • Strong background in creative marketing, with a passion for storytelling and brand-building. • Deep expertise in product marketing, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging. • Proven success in performance marketing, with experience in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. • Bonus: Experience in the application security (AppSec) domain. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data to drive marketing decisions. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Experience managing large budgets and tracking the ROI of marketing initiatives. • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
