Description

• Lead strategic direction and execution of account plans with Leading Health Systems • Develop and manage executive-level customer relationships • Identify and act on insights and create value propositions • Build trust and influence customer decision-making • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes • Negotiate objectives based on market insights • Manage risks and adjust strategies during negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred • Prior Key Account Management experience is strongly preferred • Prior working relationships with the aligned accounts and key customer contacts is strongly preferred • At least 1 year spent in a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups • Minimum of 5 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical/marketing/sales experience preferred
