Description
•Responsible for providing therapeutic area/product expertise across cardiovascular and metabolism •Plan and execute independent Medical strategies and engagements •Maintain required level of knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines •Serve as a conduit and resource for Medical Information •Understand Pfizer Medical Affairs priorities and contribute to educational content strategy •Maintain effective scientific communication and collaboration •Optimize patient care improvement in Medical communications •Educate external medical stakeholders based on patient care gaps •Achieve leadership-defined expectations regarding stakeholder engagement
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in a health science required; PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree highly preferred •Relevant experience required: PharmD/PhD with 6 years of experience, MBA/MSc with 8 years of experience, BA/BSc with 10 years of experience •Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities •Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills •Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills •Manage a significant volume of projects in a remote environment •Work within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team •Demonstrate change agility; be flexible to new opportunities •Problem-solve and network enterprise wide as appropriate
