β€’ Reports directly to the VP Revenue Cycle Optimization and supervises a team of Revenue Cycle Analysts. β€’ Independent, dynamic leader driving automation in revenue cycle. β€’ Focused on implementing automation and innovative solutions to optimize patient revenue performance. β€’ Works closely with leaders to develop strategy for automation, aligning with healthcare goals. β€’ Advocates for IT best practices that enhance Revenue Cycle objectives.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. β€’ Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare /IT, focusing on revenue cycle management and automation, or 7 years of experience in healthcare information technology, focusing on revenue cycle management and Epic system administration. β€’ Superior communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships across the organization. β€’ Proven leadership skills, with a knack for strategic planning and initiative driving. β€’ Demonstrable expertise in leading automation initiatives and process improvements within a healthcare organization. β€’ Certified Epic Systems professional (preferred). β€’ Proven experience as a solutions architect (preferred). β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights. β€’ Demonstrable experience in prioritization and managing work to meet organizational goals and deadlines. β€’ Ability to work independently with limited supervision while also working effectively within a team structure.
