Description
• Reporting to the Vice President of Capital Markets, the Director of Capital Markets will help drive a variety of initiatives related to financial strategy and capital markets, including raising a quarter billion dollars annually. • PosiGen’s ambition is to build on its business as the leading LMI-focused residential solar company.
Requirements
• MBA or equivalent preferred. Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar required. • 2+ years experience in raising tax equity and debt project capital either with an investment bank, private equity firm or project developer • High degree of familiarity with Excel modeling • Knowledge and experience working with renewable energy companies • Experience with tax structuring, ideally partnership flip and working capital loan structures • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision makers • Strong team player: ease working cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Legal and Asset Management groups
