Description

• Work with other senior leaders to grow the firm • Responsible for sourcing, building and advancing a high-performing, diverse and inclusive senior leadership team • Responsible for defining and executing a strategic regional growth plan • Partner with Office Practice Leaders, Market Leaders, and Business Line Leaders to identify growth market opportunities • Work with others to evaluate and take appropriate action to address senior talent needs • Partner with Regional Practice Director to champion project management best practices • Represent the Firm externally at community events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required • A minimum of 20 years of related work experience in the A/E/I industry • Build our Brand by being connected externally • Champion our Living-Centered Design ethos • Demonstrate ownership and accountability • Be a great teammate, championing collaboration • Champion entrepreneurial behavior • Demonstrate optimistic and inclusive leadership • Demonstrate business acumen with sound risk management
