Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management and digital consulting • Expertise in retail, consumer goods & services, and/or travel & hospitality industries • Proven track record leveraging digital business models and technology to drive value • Skilled in business and financial analysis • Proficient in customer research methods, journey mapping, service blueprints, ecosystem mapping, and prototyping • Ability to clearly communicate complex, technical topics • Outstanding executive presence and exceptional presentation skills • Self-driven, with strong organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Digitally-savvy and well-informed on innovations, trends, and technologies • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
