Description

• Elevate seeks skilled institutional fundraising professionals to oversee client teams. • Work independently to manage 5-6 client teams while coaching junior staff. • Report progress and request support from supervisors regularly. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables for clients.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience or comparable experience with key tasks and responsibilities. • Develop and implement comprehensive institutional fundraising strategies. • Manage early career development professionals eager to learn about institutional fundraising. • Draft select proposals, reports, LOIs, and concept papers for highly strategic writing. • Demonstrate exemplary, strengths-based writing skills. • Efficiently research well-aligned funding opportunities for different organizational needs. • Support the cultivation of funders with concise cultivation emails and talking points. • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and regularly updated Salesforce records.
