β’ 10+ years of experience in market research, shopper insights, or consumer behavior analysis within the CPG industry. β’ Advanced knowledge of market research fundamentals including primary & secondary consumer/shopper research and syndicated research. β’ Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and statistical techniques. β’ Excellent understanding of retailer relationships and category management principles. β’ Proven track record of generating actionable insights that have driven business growth. β’ Experience working with Numerator, 84.51, SPINS, Nielsen, other syndicated, retailer and insights platforms. β’ Deeply passionate about Olipop, and inspired by what we represent. Has the desire and hunger to make an impact. β’ Obsession for understanding customer behavior. Lives, breathes and dreams about how to better reach & understand our consumers. β’ Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment. β’ Ability to take initiative and work autonomously β you can run with something from beginning to end. β’ Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions to get at the solution. β’ Strong planning, organization and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills. β’ Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom preferred.
