• OLIPOP is searching for a Director of Shopper Insights to join our team to drive strategic decisions by uncovering actionable shopper behavior insights that enhance and steer category strategies. • You will lead initiatives to gather, analyze, and interpret shopper data through both qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development, you will ensure that shopper/consumer insights are integrated seamlessly to drive growth and competitive advantage. • This role requires a keen analytical mind, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of shopper behavior, enabling you to deliver impactful insights that shape the future of the category and OLIPOP in the marketplace. • If you’re looking for a fast paced environment, an opportunity for personal growth and responsibility, and enjoy having fun along the way, then this is a role you’ll thrive in!

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in market research, shopper insights, or consumer behavior analysis within the CPG industry. • Advanced knowledge of market research fundamentals including primary & secondary consumer/shopper research and syndicated research. • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and statistical techniques. • Excellent understanding of retailer relationships and category management principles. • Proven track record of generating actionable insights that have driven business growth. • Experience working with Numerator, 84.51, SPINS, Nielsen, other syndicated, retailer and insights platforms. • Deeply passionate about Olipop, and inspired by what we represent. Has the desire and hunger to make an impact. • Obsession for understanding customer behavior. Lives, breathes and dreams about how to better reach & understand our consumers. • Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment. • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously – you can run with something from beginning to end. • Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions to get at the solution. • Strong planning, organization and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills. • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom preferred.
