Description

• Report to the US Vaccines Field Sales Operations Lead • Provide operational support to the Vaccines business unit • Identify innovative solutions to simplify processes • Lead operational projects and workstreams • Serve as operational support lead and strategic thought partner • Ensure clear communication and high alignment within organization • Responsible for prioritizing and resolving operational concerns • Manage routine operational tasks efficiently • Lead cross-functional planning for key meetings • Collaborate with enablement leads on consistency

Requirements

• 7+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience • US Field Sales Experience with Pfizer Inc, preferred • BA/BS Degree required; MBA preferred • Exceptional emotional intelligence and self-awareness • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Strong organizational skills • Change agile with ability to reprioritize • Highly effective with current sales force technology • Ability to anticipate issues/needs proactively • Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills • Working understanding of Veeva, PRIME, PROMOS • Experience in a promoted position preferred • Knowledge of wholesaler/distributors preferred
