Description

•Lead the strategic, analytical, and operational vision for Primary Care Key Account Management. •Provide leadership to a team of senior customer-facing National Key Account Directors. •Align with the VP to ensure effective development and execution of strategic operating plans. •Manage a team of 6 direct reports, overseeing operational and strategic activities.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required. •At least 15 years of experience in US pharmaceutical/Biotech in sales or key account management. •Leadership experience required. •Demonstrated success in a fast-paced setting managing a team. •Comfortable working with Senior Leaders; competence in developing presentations. •Ability to travel overnight based on business requirements.
