Description

• Responsible for planning and directing all of the marketing and sales activities of the company • Functions as the main point of contact for external clients and potential partners • Designing and implementing a sales plan focused on securing new and repeat business from current and prospective biotech and pharmaceutical companies • Securing RFPs and creating proposals for new business • Representing the company at trade shows and client-sponsored events • Working closely with the Marketing and Leadership Team to design and implement a Marketing program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline or an alternate combination of education and experience in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline may be accepted as a substitute • 12 years or more experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, including experience at Director level, with a proven track record in securing and winning new business, or alternative combination of research and CRO experience and demonstrated competencies in the key requirements for the role • Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays
