• Develop and execute the company's budget and forecast model, aligning it with overall business objectives. • Ensure cross functional alignment on key financial plans and company financial strategy. • Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. • Serve as a trusted sounding board to the executive team, offering insights and guidance on critical business decisions. • Lead long-term strategic planning processes, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses. • Drive the evolution of the company's KPI metrics and implement best practices in tracking them. • Spearhead strategic finance projects and support investor relations reporting activities. • Provide strategic finance recommendations to department heads on capital allocation, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives. • Continuously improve Pilot’s internal corporate finance systems and processes, and controls to scale with the company's growth. • Research market trends and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies. • Opportunity to hire and develop a high caliber team in the future.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a mix of FP&A and strategic finance exposure. • Strong proficiency in advanced accounting and corporate finance principles. • Deep understanding of SaaS and Professional Services business models, metrics, and value drivers. • Expert financial modeling skills with a rigorous attention for detail when reviewing models. • Experience scaling finance planning processes and reporting in high-growth environments. • Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term value creation. • Proven ability to be a self-starter capable of defining and driving outcomes without significant supervision. • Excellent at articulating financial insights and influencing strategic finance decisions at the leadership level. • Experience in Quickbooks, Looker, and Salesforce is a plus.
