📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Sales Representative is the driving force behind our revenue growth, spearheading proactive sales initiatives and engaging with customers. • Their mission: identify and qualify leads, build lasting relationships with prospective clients, and transform those leads into steady orders. • In this dynamic role, the Sales Representative takes inbound interested customer calls showing interest in our company, follows up with new customer's who registered an account and would like to order for their first time, and makes outbound cold calls from targeted call lists, utilizing their persuasive communication skills to spark interest in our products or services. • As the first point of contact for potential clients, they provide valuable information about product features, pricing, and benefits, paving the way for successful sales conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits and value propositions effectively. • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients. • Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals. • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Basic analytical skills to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends. • Experience selling medical supplies • Experience with medical supplies, surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or GPOs
