• The HR Advisor UK&I reports to the Head of HR for Europe and Brazil • This generalist position combines proactive project work with reactive HR operations • Responsibilities span the entire employee lifecycle, including health management, talent development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement • Collaborate with employment law partners on employee relations matters • Maintain records and support performance improvement standards • Manage Occupational Health referrals and health case management

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience of working at a HR Advisory level, looking to grow into next role • Embraces technology, to enable greater efficiencies within the role • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and independently with minimal supervision
