Weβve combined the best of apartment living, vacation rentals, and hotel stays into one experience. β’ Our property team members help our buildings thrive by focusing on execution and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests. β’ As the Director of Revenue Management, your mission is to own the development of a strategic revenue management plan and lead a high-performing revenue team skilled in executing initiatives that will maximize property performance. β’ Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and effectively communicating new initiatives across the business. β’ The goals for this role include but are not limited to: β’ Drive annual revenue growth through strategic revenue management and commercial decision-making. β’ Accurately forecast revenue for all properties.
β’ At least seven years of experience in revenue management or a related field with a college degree β’ Previous management experience required. β’ Experience in implementing system enhancements and decision-making tools preferred. β’ Highly analytical, with knowledge of analytics tools and systems a plus. β’ Strong ability to think creatively on strategy, innovating conventional processes and practices. β’ Excellent leadership, motivation, and mentorship abilities. β’ Ability to coach and develop team members. β’ Decision support and counsel to senior leadership. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Proficient in analyzing information and solving problems. β’ Experience with consumer database analytics and management. β’ Excellent interpersonal skills for communication across business units and management levels.
