Description

• Sales Engineering unlocks and empowers prospects’ full potential on the Plaid Network. • Bring product expertise and drive Revenue outcomes by being customer-obsessed technical advisors in the pre-sales process. • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team as the technical lead during the pre-sales process. • Partner with Account Executives and push deals forward by overcoming technical objections. • Ensure a successful transition to the post-sale stage of the customer lifecycle and drive adoption of new products. • Significant knowledge of the Fintech ecosystem and understanding how clients can utilize Plaid.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of customer facing experience selling to large enterprises. • A strong sense of customer empathy. • A background that combines business experience and technical acumen. • Strong communications skills with a confident and proactive approach to client management. • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts quickly. • Knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP and REST. • Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture specific to interfacing with API platforms. • Payments & Identity verification experience a plus! • Willing and able to travel as needed to customers, office, team events, etc.
