• Empowering the transformation of financial interactions through innovative tools and experiences. • Supporting product communications initiatives as a public relations professional. • Shaping messaging to grow awareness of Plaid’s role in enabling digital finance. • Driving programs across cross-functional teams and managing relationships with the press, partners, and customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in technology communications; financial services industry experience a plus. • Strong understanding of lending and banking and wealth segments is a plus. • Collaborative team player who works well with others and shares credit easily. • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills and ability to move projects forward regardless of obstacles. • Proven ability to manage media relationships and drive impactful articles beyond product news. • Critical thinker who understands how to translate messaging across different audiences. • Passion for being a part of high-performing teams with a strong bias for action. • Experience working with industry analysts a plus.
