• Planned Parenthood is the nation’s leading provider and advocate of high-quality, affordable sexual and reproductive health care • Senior Advisor to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer will enhance accounting capabilities • Focus on identifying best practices within finance and accounting spectrum

Requirements

• Expert-level FP&A skills, including design and execution of financial models • Certified FP&A credentials from an accreditation organization is a requirement • CPA designation is a requirement • At least 8 years of experience in accounting or financial management is a requirement • Experience with financial management of a federated structure is preferred • Stewardship over the preparation of timely and accurate budgets and financial management reports • Ability to determine and gather information needed to complete a task • Experience building strong teams and organizations • Demonstrated ability to encourage innovative approaches • Commitment to excellence and a service-orientation • Highest level of personal and professional integrity • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a dynamic team • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • High proficiency in Google products • Commitment to PPFA’s mission and diversity, equity, and inclusion
