📋 Description

• PlayOn is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to join our consumer marketing team and lead our paid customer acquisition efforts, goaled against incremental lift of new subscriber counts and revenue across current and new channels. • In this role, you’ll leverage your expert-level knowledge in growth and performance marketing to develop and execute strategies that align with our consumer streaming subscription growth objectives, bringing the joy of high school sports to the homes of millions of fans across the country. • This role requires an analytical, creative, and iterative approach to testing, building and scaling paid media programs that are both efficient and impactful. • The outcomes you’ll deliver: • Increase streaming subscriber and revenue growth through new and existing paid channels within budget constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA a plus • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing and analytics • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition through creative and efficient media strategies in the streaming / subscription industry • Expertise in a range of digital channels, including paid social, search, programmatic, and CTV, with a focus on funnel optimization, incrementality and ROAS • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Incremental Lift) and the ability to use data to inform and optimize strategy • Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual media budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present ideas, results, and strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Segment, Salesforce, and media buying platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc) • Must be comfortable in ambiguity and solutions-oriented. • Experience with / knowledge of high school sports is a plus
