Requirements

• Experienced: at least 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting in tech-heavy environments, where you showcase your ability to assess candidates for a match with company’s values and desired behaviours. • Professional: You understand that recruitment is a sale and actively follow this. You are not prone to both receiving and giving feedback because you care. • Communicative: Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality. • Proactive: Always on the lookout for better solutions and improvements. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with complex technical requirements and recruitment automation tools. • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. • English Proficiency: At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
