Description

• As a key member of our growing team, the Manager of People and Culture serves as the champion for promoting PMAT’s intentional culture. • Direct, organize, plan, and develop the implementation and administration of human resources functions. • Will oversee workforce development activities and serve as a conduit for the relationship and cultural aspects of the Company. • Collaborate with talent acquisition to meet established metrics. • Oversee and administer all company human resources activities including performance management, pay and benefits administration, and policy development. • Will oversee and support day-to-day activity related to People and Culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field • At least 7 years of progressive HR experience • At least 3 years in HR leadership role • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations and compliance requirements • Ability to build culture, foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization • Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives • Experience in rapid growth environments, with a focus on innovating HR processes • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development • Flexibility in working across various time zones • SHRM or HRCI certification a plus • Knowledge of multi-state, federal and local employment laws
