β€’ As the Head of Growth, you will lead our growth strategy, focusing on driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. β€’ Oversee the Data team, ensuring that data-driven insights fuel our growth initiatives. β€’ Design and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. β€’ Lead AB testing initiatives to optimize product-led growth (PLG) strategies. β€’ Analyze performance metrics using tools like Optimizely and other analytics platforms to drive key decisions. β€’ Develop and execute on strategies for improving activation and retention rates. β€’ Own the experimentation process, developing hypotheses, testing them, and scaling successful growth initiatives. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth goals. β€’ Lead the Data team, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions. β€’ Work closely with the Data team to ensure data integrity and to develop insights that support growth initiatives. β€’ Develop data strategies that support long-term business objectives and immediate growth needs. β€’ Mentor and manage team members across both the Growth and Data teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. β€’ Operate autonomously and thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving environment. β€’ Refine and implement the PQL scoring framework.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience working in a SaaS environment, preferably in both B2C and B2B context. β€’ Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. β€’ Expertise in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and experimentation. β€’ Strong experience in driving activation, retention, and monetization strategies. β€’ Highly proficient with analytics tools such as Optimizely. β€’ Experience managing a Data team or working closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists. β€’ Strong understanding of data infrastructure, data quality, and how to turn data insights into actionable strategies. β€’ Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and data exploration. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote environments. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills; a true team player. β€’ Nice to have: Experience in managing teams in a remote setting. β€’ Demonstrated success in scaling growth and data initiatives across multiple markets. β€’ Expertise in advanced data analytics, automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL). β€’ Familiarity with modern data stack infrastructure and tools. β€’ Experience with platform products or multi-product businesses and/or horizontal use-cases.
