β€’ The Director of Enterprise Provider Sponsored Plans will play a critical role in providing growth and success at Podimetrics by establishing trusting relationships with health plans while educating and selling the Podimetrics mission into the payer market. β€’ This role will be responsible for managing new opportunities such as creating the sales pitch, negotiating the agreement, and building the foundation for long-term relationships. β€’ Direct outreach fostering new opportunities resulting in increased revenue. β€’ Establish and maintain service offering in the marketplace. β€’ Oversee internal collaboration and clearly communicate needs. β€’ Develop and educate team members on a sales strategy that best showcases Podimetrics mission. β€’ Forecast, plan and budget for clinical partnership trials. β€’ Work closely across departments both verbally and written to get results in a timely manner. β€’ Maintain and oversee accurate account details including but not limited to client contacts, up to date reports and activities, and all documents relating to opportunities. β€’ Execute agreements and negotiations in a professional manner. β€’ Keeping up to date with changes occurring in the healthcare field.

Requirements

β€’ 7 years of experience in healthcare sales and business development. β€’ Exceptional presentation skills with different levels of seniority. β€’ Effective communicator β€’ Passion for finding new clients and building a strong client connection based on sales process. β€’ Strong leader who is self-motivated with a go get them attitude. β€’ Proven experience handling aggressive timelines with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Well educated on different stakeholders within a health plan and the complexities of each. β€’ Extensive knowledge and understanding of diabetes and the risks involved.
