• Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience including 3-4 years as People Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or other relevant HR experience. • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations for US for Canada. • Prior experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace investigations and handling sensitive HR issues. A strong understanding of performance management and leadership coaching techniques. • Demonstrated computer literacy with capability in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and related HR software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiatives and work with minimal supervision and collaboratively with others to solve challenging problems. Experience influencing and partnering with senior-level leaders. • Ability to quickly triage issues, provide consultative advice, and apply sound judgment and the highest levels of integrity in resolving complex situations with discretion; maintain confidentiality. • Strong planning, coordination, time management, and organizational skills. Solid critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a personal passion for driving continuous process improvement and optimization. A true client centric and growth-minded spirit with a proven track record of delivering results and ability to balance urgency with common sense.
