Description

• Overseeing and executing all aspects of Politicoin’s online fundraising initiatives • Understand our offerings, and work with members of the team to leverage those offerings for client campaigns • Digital media campaign support including content brainstorming, social media monitoring, and working with the creative team to develop compelling content • Create and facilitate outward communication materials for clients, including writing emails, LTEs, blog posts, OPED, memos, and other campaign operations as required • Stay current with emerging online fundraising trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into our fundraising strategy as appropriate • Maintain regular flow of communication on fundraising to clients and the broader team • Managing relationships with all fundraising vendors • Oversee the team of Associates on staff • Potential for growth into a VP position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, and/or Political Science is preferred • 3-5 years of experience in online fundraising and digital strategy is required • Strong understanding of the online fundraising landscape, best practices, benchmarks for success, and emerging digital trends • Extensive understanding of data, analytics, and reporting, as it applies to online fundraising work • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent writing skills and extensive experience with fundraising copy
