• Salary: $70,000-$90,000 • PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. • Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. • We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. • As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Field Coordinator to support our marketing and field operations. • This role will work closely with our Global Head of Events in ensuring proper execution of all events. • Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working on a variety of events/projects. • The candidate will be involved in several aspects of event logistics. This includes supporting and enhancing the overall results of event objectives, researching thought leadership opportunities, generating buzz around prospects at events, and coordinating scheduling, servicing, and shipments.

Requirements

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail • Proficiency with G-Suite • 2-4 years of event marketing and/or event coordinating experience at trade shows or large-scale virtual events • Knowledge of G-suite, Asana, CRM knowledge, Hubspot • Ability to travel • Experience in B2B / SaaS industry
