• Polygon Labs is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (India) to spearhead strategic initiatives. • You will be instrumental in driving adoption across diverse sectors and engaging with leading founders. • This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role, demanding strong ownership and engagement with developers. • You will identify and nurture promising projects and play a critical role in accelerating web3 adoption across India.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development, collaborations, or ecosystem growth within India’s crypto/web3 landscape. • Proven track record of working with developers in areas such as Business Development, Developer Enablement, or Solutions Architecture. • Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, web3 applications, and key industry players. • Strong deal-making, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining alignment with broader team goals. • Proficiency in CRM and collaborator management tools.
